Our delivery options are detailed below. When purchasing fragrances, aerosols or anything that is classed as flammable these items must be sent via DPD Tracked services only due to them being restricted via Royal Mail. Such restricted items can be posted to EU countries listed below but please make sure to select the correct Country Delivery option at checkout. PLEASE NOTE – We are at present unable to send such restricted items to any countries outside of the EU. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order items will be despatched via your chosen delivery method as soon as the item is ready. Wait times are dependent on demand at the time.
Unless you are having a product specially made, items are despatched same day if ordered before 12 noon. Anything ordered after this time will be despatched next working day. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know when your order is on its way. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel e.g bad weather, postal strikes or sometimes you’ve not noticed the while you were out card. We always have your item sent out to you as specified however we ask you to understand that once your parcel is in the hands of your chosen postal service we have no control over its path to yourself. If for any reason your parcel doesn’t turn up as quick as expected we will always do our upmost to help track your item and rectify any issues.
Delivery and promotions
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refers only to the delivery service specified at time of offer.
